Reimagine Work with AI-Powered Automation

In an era where precision, speed, and adaptability are paramount, AnnotiQ Smart Glasses are redefining the future of automation. From converting 2D plans into detailed 3D models to automating structural framing, detecting design inconsistencies, and seamlessly integrating with AR/VR environments, AnnotiQ empowers professionals to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making. Step into the next generation of intelligent automation and transform how you work—faster and smarter.

2D-to-3D Conversion

AnnotiQ Smart Glasses automatically and intelligently convert floor plans from PDF files opened on your computer into buildable 3D models. This is achieved by extracting walls, openings, and roof planes, then combining them with accurate dimensions to generate precise 3D geometry. The resulting model can be exported to AutoCAD with correctly layered elements, to Revit as a BIM model, or to other structural software applications for further development.

Framing Automation

Once the 3D model of the walls and openings is automatically generated, the user has the option to automate the structural framing process. AnnotiQ can intelligently generate wall studs, headers, sills, and framing around openings based on standard construction rules or user-defined parameters. This includes accurate placement of king studs, jack studs, and cripple studs around windows and doors, ensuring the model is not just visual, but also structurally ready.

Error Detection

AnnotiQ Smart Glasses automatically detect inconsistencies across architectural drawings, including mismatches between floor plans, elevations, sections, schedules, and construction notes. The system identifies discrepancies such as conflicting dimensions, missing elements, or inconsistent annotations. It compares elevations with corresponding floor plans or sections, checks alignment between sections and related drawings, and verifies schedule data.

Roof Generation

AnnotiQ Smart Glasses extract roof plane geometry and pitch from 2D roof plans to generate a real-time 3D model with complete structural details. AnnotiQ identifies ridges, valleys, hips, and slopes directly from the drawings, calculates accurate angles, and reconstructs the roof in 3D. The system also incorporates structural elements such as rafters, beams, and trusses based on standard construction practices or user-defined rules—delivering a ready-to-use, structurally accurate model.

VR/AR Automation

Once the 3D model of structural framing is generated, it can be automatically translated into immersive AR and VR environments. In AR, users can overlay the framing model onto the physical job site, enabling real-time visualization, clash detection, and precise on-site guidance. In VR, the framing model can be explored in a fully navigable virtual space, allowing teams to conduct walkthroughs, review construction details, and identify potential issues.
